360 is delighted to welcome Subhash Sreedharan as a new Non-Exec Director following a national recruitment process. Subhash brings wide experience in IT systems, security and compliance, and Equality, Diversity and Inclusion to the role. He is currently IT Director at McCarthy & Stone, after leading IT strategy for both Lush and the Beales department store chain. He  joins 360 at an exciting time as the platform is launched in 270 schools across south west England and Northern Ireland during February.

Subhash said: ‘I am delighted and honoured to start as a Non Exec Director of 360 Skills For Life. Having experienced and benefitted from good guidance and support in my teenage years that has enabled me to get to where I am today, I am excited to give my time and knowledge to help Rob and the leadership team at 360 to help youngsters to gain the necessary skills to be prepared for life and safeguarding their wellbeing.’
